The Île-de-France region is offering the "Chèque Diagnostic Cyber" to help SMEs assess and strengthen their cybersecurity. This program is particularly relevant for companies working with VADEMI, a key cybersecurity partner accredited by the CCI.

Reinforcing information systems security

Help companies identify vulnerabilities and strengthen the protection of their data and infrastructures.

Eligible projects

The Cyber Diagnostic Cheque can finance :

  • Technical audits: equipment diagnostics, vulnerability and intrusion tests.
  • Architecture audits: assessment of network structure and security.
  • Internal and/or sectoral compliance audits: Verification of compliance with specific standards and regulations.
  • Organizational audits: Assessment of cyber governance, authentication rules, backup and update policies, crisis management systems.
  • Crisis exercises: Simulation and crisis management to complement other audits(Île de France)(Île de France).

Amount of assistance

  • Grant: Up to €5,000, calculated on the amount of eligible expenditure excluding tax.

Eligibility criteria

Companies must :

  • SMEs with between 10 and 249 employees.
  • Have sales not exceeding €50 million or total assets not exceeding €43 million.
  • Not belong to a group exceeding these thresholds.
  • Have their head office and/or place of business located in the Paris Region.
  • Have been registered for at least 6 months in the Trade and Companies Register and/or the Trades Register.
  • Not be in financial difficulty(Île de France)(Île de France).

Required documentation

  • Proof of identity of legal representative.
  • Kbis extract less than 3 months old.
  • RIB in company name.
  • Proof of business activity.
  • Proof of de minimis aid received and applied for over the last 2 fiscal years and the current one.
  • Quotation or service agreement describing the scope of the service and specifying the deliverables.
  • Certification certificate from the service provider who carried out the Cyber diagnostic(Île de France).
