Cyber Investment Cheque

The Île-de-France region is offering the "Chèque Investissement Cyber" (Cyber Investment Voucher) to help VSEs and SMEs equip themselves for better protection against cyber threats. This program is particularly relevant for companies working with VADEMI, a key cybersecurity partner accredited by the CCI.

Eligible projects

The Cyber investment cheque can finance :

  • Network protection measures: Antivirus, firewall, intrusion detection systems.
  • Compliance with RGPD and RGS regulations.
  • Protection solutions for web sites and applications.
  • Cyber intelligence solutions.
  • Vulnerability scanners.
  • Technological developments: Software and system updates.
  • Capital expenditure: Cameras, protective equipment.
  • Protection of IS technical administration(Les Aides).

Amount of assistance

  • Grant: Up to €10,000 for SMEs (10 to 249 employees).
  • Subsidy: Between €500 and €2,500 for VSEs (fewer than 10 employees).

Eligibility criteria

Companies must :

  • Be very small or medium-sized businesses.
  • For very small businesses: fewer than 10 employees.
  • For SMEs: Between 10 and 249 employees, sales not exceeding €50 million or balance sheet total not exceeding €43 million.
  • Not belong to a group exceeding these thresholds.
  • Have their head office and/or place of business located in the Paris Region.
  • Have been registered for at least 6 months in the Trade and Companies Register and/or the Trades Register.
  • Not be in financial difficulty.

Required documentation

Companies must :

  • Proof of identity of legal representative.
  • Kbis extract less than 3 months old.
  • RIB in company name.
  • Proof of business activity.
  • Proof of de minimis aid received and applied for over the last 2 fiscal years and the current one.
  • Quotation or service agreement describing the scope of the service and specifying the deliverables.
  • Certification certificate from the service provider who carried out the Cyber diagnostic(Les Aides).
